Check and update your Google Business profile with accurate, reassuring information (contact details, hours, description, photos, reviews).
Update your Facebook page (profile photo, cover, description, call-to-action button, practical information).
Publish useful local information: opening hours, events, news, closures, special days.
Set up a simple monthly routine to keep Google Business and Facebook up to date without spending hours on them.

Requirements

You should know how to use a computer or smartphone.
You need a Google account and a Facebook account.
Ideally, you already have a Google Business profile and a Facebook page, even if they are incomplete or outdated. If not, you can start from zero during the course.
For best results, print the canvas, checklist, description template, and monthly planner, and work with them while you watch the videos and listen to the podcast.
