Overview

A 1-hour, hands-on course to stop dreading online reviews and start handling them calmly. You will learn how to read reviews without taking them personally, answer both positive and negative comments with ready-to-adapt templates, and set up a simple internal routine so reviews are no longer a source of constant stress.

What You’ll Learn?

By the end of this course, you will be able to:
Spot the main types of online reviews: positive, mixed, negative, unfair, aggressive.
Understand how reviews on Google, Facebook, Tripadvisor, Vivino and others influence visits and sales.
Choose a suitable tone depending on the platform and type of review.
Use response templates for positive, mixed, and negative reviews while keeping your own house style.
Decide when to reply publicly, when to move the discussion to a private channel, and when to stop feeding conflict.
Put in place a simple internal process so reviews are checked and handled regularly instead of by accident.

Requirements

You should already have at least one place where reviews appear (Google Business Profile, Facebook page, booking platform, Vivino, etc.).
You need access to the accounts or business profiles so you can reply.
For best results, print or download the canvas, explanation sheet, checklist, templates, and internal procedure sheet before starting.
Ideally, bring a few real reviews from your own activity (screenshots or copies) to work on during the course.
